We’ve been a bit quiet on the comms lately because this has been a big one! Our Unity based card game Change Deck has not only been completely re-coded from scratch into Ren’Py (thanks to Valkern – a huge thanks for all the work you put in there), but it has also had significant changes to boot!
The old “classic” game worked as a single entry point with two challengers to eventually pick from. That concept has been reworked to now have three individual chapters, each with their own lead in story.
The old system of “boobs vs butt” etc has been replaced by a standard “Warrior beats rogue beats wizard” across all game formats. In the transformation place is the Card Shop, where you can buy specific cards with orbs you earn from playing the game. Now if you want to just go boobs all the way the choice is yours!
This is very much the tip of the iceberg of what is for most intents an entirely new game, aside from the core gameplay mechanic. And it’s one that I hope will give us some nice groundwork for future additions.

Notes of Issue / Road Ahead. For the future of the game, in the short term there are a few main aspects that are going to be given attention:
Midnight Run is functional, however has not had the level of reworking that the classic game has. It will be given a similar level of visual polish in the future.
It is currently possible to earn more Orbs of Order than have use. This will be rolled into another use in a future update.
This version is most definitely not backwards compatible, nor can it be, since it is derived from an entirely different coding language.

Hey all, we came into 2025 kicking and screaming with the release of The Pill 0.7, so it makes a sort of poetic sense that we leave the halls of 2025, sunglasses on with another release – 0.7.5!
The two big updates with this version are the addition of full voice acting to chapter 6 by the ever talented Kamila Bombette, and the replacement of the old stills with animated sprites in chapter 1.
Going back to chapter 1 has been quite the experience. It was a chapter that was written before AI was even a thing. Before Covid. Before this new ‘satanic panic’ of NSFW content where a girl could just eat a chicken shaped pill and not worry about tomorrow. It was a silly time, to be sure.
As for chapter 6, I think Kamila has blown it out of the park with her rendition of Vera. She’s brought levels of depth to the character that only a talented VA can do. Mad props to Leo Greystone for his work as the scientist too, his work is stellar as always.
Chapter 1 now has been converted to having animated sprites, adding 65+ animations

Capturable pirates are being introduced as a new mechanism to allow for an expanded crew roster. These mischievous miscreants will be able to perform the same function as regular crew, however will only last holding the idol for one day before scampering off (or, instead choose to turn them in for that sweet sweet bounty cash!)

We’ve spent the last two months of work on our Patreon bringing a new dimension to our BE / transformation game “Ample Chests!” If you played version 0.1, you’ll know it as a pirate themed visual novel with plenty of BE, GTS, butt expansion, gender bender and more.
In version 0.3 we’ve changed the game (literally) by adding chapter 2, a roguelite adventure where you traverse various islands, play minigames to capture loot and fight off pirates.
